As a Parking and Perimeter Officer, youll serve as both the first line of defense and often the first point of contact for our guests. THE STARTING RATE: $21.50 / Per Hour (Internals: Current Rate $1.50 or $21.50 - whichever is higher)THE DAY-TO-DAY:Patrol and monitor all assigned outdoor areas on foot, by bicycle, or in a company vehicle. Serve as a First Responder during emergency situations. Monitor alarm systems and surveillance cameras. Write reports detailing daily activities and incidents such as property damage, theft, accidents, or unusual events. Serve as a Field Training Officer. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Must be 21 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED - One (1) year of previous Security Officer experience, preferably in a similar resort setting. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Ability to learn, demonstrate proficiency and effectively use defensive tactics and report writing skills.
