Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $14.00 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Mon 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Fri 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Sat 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM - Sun 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a busy retail location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting relevant details. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the store, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with access control, and/or address policy-related issues. Work with store leadership, employees, visitors, and/or first responders during incidents, medical events, and other security-related situations. Minimum Requirements:An armed guard card or license is required. Be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Level III Armed Certification is required in Texas only. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
