Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $18.03 / Hour Job Schedule:Day. Time. Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM - Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM - Sat 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific access control procedures, badge verification practices, and security-related policies at an industrial location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access to restricted areas, loading zones, and/or operational spaces. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including communicating with site contacts and/or emergency responders when appropriate. Conduct regular and random patrols around buildings, gates, parking areas, and the perimeter, noting unusual activity, equipment concerns, and/or conditions that may require reporting. Support daily site operations by documenting incidents, maintaining accurate access records, and assisting with emergency response activities in accordance with Allied Universal standards and client-specific expectations. Minimum Requirements:Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience. Customer service experience is preferred. Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
