Job Duties: Push wheelchairs for passengers requiring assistance at airport, ensuring professional customer experience. Guide airline passengers to the correct lanes at ticket counters during check-in at the airport. Read airline tickets to direct passengers appropriately. Maintain a friendly yet firm demeanor when assisting travellers. Direct traffic outside of airside areas as needed. Monitor luggage to ensure passengers do not enter secured areas with oversized carry-on items. Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
