Compliance, Auditing, and Risk Management - Conduct internal HSE audits across PRE teams to verify compliance with PRE Business Unit programs and PSC Corporate requirements. - Lead facility, project, and program audits, reviewing documentation, work practices, and consistency across regions. - Inspect facilities, equipment, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. - Perform risk assessments, identify hazards, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. - Oversee compliance documentation and ensure safety policies remain aligned with applicable guidelines. Program Development and Oversight - Collaborate with HSE Directors to design, update, and standardize safety programs, management systems, and corporate HSE policies. - Work with Regional HSE Managers to roll out corporate initiatives, - Work with VP of HSE on the Annual Comprehensive Survey process, compiling and analyzing data for performance improvement and compliance-related initiatives and support strategic planning for HSE enhancement. - Ensure HSE programs align with PSC corporate requirements and industry best practices. Training, Coaching, and Education - Develop and facilitate training for HSE staff and other PRE departments based on audit findings, regulatory changes, and performance needs. - Provide coaching, intervention, and corrective guidance for hazardous or non-compliant behaviors. - Maintain accurate training documentation and records. Data, Reporting, and Performance Analytics - Work closely with the HSE Data Systems Manager to ensure meaningful capture of audit results, metrics, and leading indicators. - Maintain safety records, tracking systems, and reporting dashboards. - Analyze safety data to identify trends, recommend improvements, and support annual objectives. - Prepare periodic reports on HSE awareness, issues, and statistical performance. Corporate Office HSE Management - Serve as the HSE Manager for PRE corporate offices. - Maintain and update Emergency Action Plans, ensuring alignment with facility and security operations. - Coordinate with Facilities leadership to maintain safe office environments and support emergency readiness. Required Qualifications - Significant experience (typically 8-10 years) in HSE leadership within construction, renewable energy, industrial, or engineering environments. - Strong background in compliance auditing, safety management systems, and multi-site program implementation. - Experience working with risk assessments, and program reviews. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence leaders at all levels. - Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities. - Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training programs. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Health, or a related field. - Professional certifications such as CSP, ASP, CHST, CIH, or CUSP. - Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and state regulatory requirements related to construction and corporate operations. - Experience with safety data systems, performance metrics, and audit documentation tools. Pay Equity $130-150 k per year Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
