As a Software Developer specializing in Web Development, the candidate will lead the design and execution of a front-end development strategy that supports SPA’s Integrated Program Execution (IPE) analytics platform. Will manage this strategy by coordinating with functional area leads, overseeing schedules, engaging stakeholders, documenting and delegating tasks, mentoring junior developers, and conducting code reviews. The candidate will also develop essential software modules, components, API integrations, and reports to advance the IPE initiative. Additionally, will validate the system by creating and executing test plans, unit tests, and integration tests to ensure technical quality and suitability. This position requires a self-motivated professional capable of driving both strategic and hands-on development efforts. Qualifications.
