The Shift Manager ensures quality packaging of all products according to company, government, and customer specifications using the most efficient and cost saving manner.\u 00 A 0 Supervises all activities in the production and packaging areas and assures good safety and sanitation practices.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 What you\u 2019 ll be doing. Actively communicate product being made to operators and supervisors in all departments.\u 00 A 0 Administer supervisory responsibilities\u 00 A 0 in accordance with\u 00 A 0the organization"s policies and applicable laws.\u 00 A 0 Advise,\u 00 A 0 coordinate\u 00 A 0 and lead all activities within\u 00 A 0 area\u 00 A 0 of responsibility at the Easton facility.\u 00 A 0\u 00 A 0 Assist\u 00 A 0 in preparation for, completion, review, and follow up, for audits.\u 00 A 0 Commend employees on successful work habits.\u 00 A 0 Communicate line status as changes occur to\u 00 A 0 packaging\u 00 A 0 supervisor, production\u 00 A 0 supervisor\u 00 A 0 and control room.\u 00 A 0 Confer with quality control personnel throughout shift to ensure compliance with customer specifications.\u 00 A 0 Coordinate the efficient use of raw materials and ingredients in the making of French fries and specialty products.\u 00 A 0 Determine\u 00 A 0 product cuts available for packaging.\u 00 A 0 Direct and coordinate necessary grading changes to meet quality standards.\u 00 A 0 Direct and coordinate packaging changeovers throughout shift to meet schedule.\u 00 A 0 Discipline\u 00 A 0 employees\u 00 A 0 as necessary.\u 00 A 0 Ensure good manufacturing practices are followed by processing, packaging and support personnel directly or indirectly involved in the manufacturing of products in the Easton facility.\u 00 A 0 Ensure\u 00 A 0 overall administrative responsibilities are fulfilled.\u 00 A 0 Evaluate job performance with each employee.\u 00 A 0 Evaluate product placed on hold, work with\u 00 A 0 Q. C.
