This position works very closely with the supervisor and other recruiters in the college to process student information in the CRM system and nurture prospective students through the application, admissions, and enrollment stages for our MBA and M - Acc programs as well as certificate programs, micro-credential programs, and/or potential future programs. Sponsorship is not available for this position. The selected candidate will be hired at a position title, salary grade, and starting salary commensurate with their education and experience relevant to the position. Essential Job Duties Process applications in current CRM system (Slate); Nurture students through the application, admissions, and enrollment stages;Assist other staff with applications; Process and follow-up on credit transfer inquiries;Maintainaccurateknowledgeof the college’sprograms and the University’sstudentservices;Perform all other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree is required; Master’s degree is preferred;Experience with customer service or consultative sales is preferred;Experience in higher education is preferred;To be considered for the placement higher than the listed title (Graduate Student Admissions Specialist), the selected candidate must have current recruiting and/or admissions specialist (or equivalent) experience for a minimum of 2.5 years at UNA.
