The Youth Apprentice High school students will perform regular schoolwork, obtain classroom training through appropriate/assigned college per county and location, Students will perform clinical and non-clinical work at the assigned department within Froedtert Health. (This is a cooperative program sponsored by participating Public High Schools, local Colleges, and Froedtert Health). Other information:EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: None. EXPERIENCE PREFERRED: None. EDUCATION REQUIRED: High school junior or senior student. Must meet certification/licensure requirements for the equivalent position (ex. a Unit Tech needs to have CNA certification). Must be approved by the County Public Schools, local participating Colleges, and Froedtert Health (all participating locations) EDUCATION PREFERRED: None. TRAINING REQUIRED: None. TRAINING PREFERRED: None. SPECIAL SKILLS REQUIRED: Must be respectful, well groomed, cooperative, and able to communicate with all age groups SPECIAL SKILLS PREFERRED: None.
