Obtain and record vital signs; promptly report changes in patient condition to nursing staff. Support patient comfort, mobility, and safety. Provide compassionate, patient-focused care. Collaborate effectively with nurses and interdisciplinary care teams. Adhere to hospital policies, infection control standards, and patient privacy guidelines. Qualifications. Active Illinois CNA certification. Current CPR certification. Effective communication and people skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. Work Shift Details:Various, We are hiring full-time and part-time CNAs for both day and night shifts in the following areas:Medical-Surgical. Telemetry. Observation Unit. Neurology. Oncology. Inpatient Surgical Post-Op. Compensation. The pay range for the Certified Nursing Assistant role is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour. The final offered rate may exceed the posted range based on factors such as certifications, work experience, education, knowledge, demonstrated abilities, internal equity, market data, and more.
