Make your mark for patients. We are seeking a Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL), Central to serve as a key scientific partner within our US Medical Affairs Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes team. This field-based role focuses on building strong relationships with decisionmakers, delivering clinical and economic value, and identifying strategic opportunities that positively impact patients living with Epilepsy and Rare Syndromes. This territory covers AL, AR, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MO, MS, ND, NE, OH, OK, SD, TN, TX, WI. Candidates must reside within the territory and live near a hub airport in the territory. Up to 75% of travel required, including overnights and some weekends. About the Role. The Medical Outcomes Liaison (MOL) provides clinical insights, Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) expertise, and real-world evidence to external stakeholders including integrated delivery networks (ID - Ns), large medical groups, top-tier research institutions, and regional payers. You will cultivate high-value partnerships, assess data gaps, and drive field-based research collaborations to support strategic medical initiatives. What You’ll Do. Lead execution of the Epilepsy & Rare Syndromes outcomes and RWE engagement strategy across key accounts. Build and maintain relationships with C-suite stakeholders, researchers, and payer decision-makers. Identify and develop institutional data opportunities that align with strategic evidence needs. Support field-based research collaborations and HEOR data generation. Serve as an expert communicator delivering clinical and economic value propositions across settings of care. Partner cross-functionally to address clinical and HEOR data needs at key accounts. Who you’ll work with. Senior healthcare leaders, including C-suite and D-suite decision-makers within large medical groups, to support high-level strategic engagements. Top-tier research institutions to advance scientific and outcomes-focused initiatives. Pharmacy and medical directors at regional payers, providing clinical and economic insights that inform access and value discussions. Integrated delivery networks (ID - Ns) and large medical groups to drive outcomes- and RWE-aligned strategies. Internal cross-functional partners—regional business units, marketing, sales, medical affairs, and corporate functions—to ensure coordinated execution across the organization. Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills. Minimum Qualifications. Clinically focused graduate degree (MPH, NP, PA). Doctorate degree (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD, DNP) preferred. Doctoral candidates: Minimum 8 years industry experience 3 years HEOR/ RWE/ Outcomes experience. Non-doctoral candidates: Minimum 10 years industry experience 5 years HEOR/ RWE/ Outcomes experience. Preferred Qualifications. Doctorate preferred (PharmD, MD, DO, PhD); non-doctoral clinicians considered with relevant expertise. Strong background in external stakeholder engagement and decisionmaker relationship management. Ability to analyze clinical and HEOR data gaps and deliver meaningful solutions. This position's reasonably anticipated salary range is $156,000-$238,400 annually. The actual salary offered will consider internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
