Data management of all processes for the Open Enrollment period, including but not limited to processing waiver approvals via data downloads; sending out corresponding emails and updating the tracking system with the exceptions; updating students’ accounts in Banner. (During open enrollment an average daily waiver report can include up to several hundred individual waivers – 500 ) Other work as assigned. Work Interactions Reports to the Program Manager and works with students and parents. The data person’s response to an estimated 8000 student waivers is the beginning of the entire Open Enrollment work flow process. Waivers not approved by the data person become the “back end” follow up for other staff members to work through. May work with Director, time permitting, on other data management projects. Requirements and Qualifications. A BA in business or technology preferred or 5 years of related work experience. Skilled in Excel and communications both verbally and written Pay Range The projected hourly pay range for this position which represents the full range of anticipated compensation is: $20.00- $24.00. Compensation is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s individual qualifications, experience, education, skills, and certifications, as well as the University’s business needs and external factors. Work Mode Designation. This position has been designated as Remote. Please note that work mode designations are regularly reviewed in order to meet the evolving needs of the University.
