Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions. Valid driver’s license. Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays. Willingness to work outdoors in weather conditions with moderate noise level. This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely. Factors that may affect starting pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
