Lincoln Electric Automation is seeking Drafter / Detailer who will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and maintaining conceptual and detailed engineering drawings for custom robotic work cells and industrial tooling. You will utilize 2 D AutoCAD and 3 D CAD software (Creo and Solid. Works) to support functional mechanical design, manufacturability, and adherence to engineering standards. This is an on-site position in Bettendorf, IA. Responsibilities Create engineering drawings from 3 D models, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and functional intent. Develop and review mechanical designs to support custom robotic work cells and industrial tooling. Apply and interpret engineering standards, including proper identification and application of GD&T requirements. Generate and/or review tolerance stack-ups to ensure proper fit, form, and function. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support design intent and production requirements. Experience & Skills Strong working knowledge of machine shop practices, including machined and welded components Familiarity with tooling and fixtures used in robotic welding applications a plus Associate degree (2-year) in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred, with 2 years of relevant hands-on experience. Combination of experience and education will be considered. Proficiency with CAD drafting software, specifically Creo and Solid.
