Budget & Financial Management - Maintain and track division budgets and spend plans - Perform budget reconciliation and financial analysis - Support development and execution of financial plans Procurement & Financial Tracking - Process procurement requests and track expenditures - Maintain detailed financial records and reporting tools - Support credit card purchases and documentation Financial Reporting & Coordination - Prepare financial reports and updates for leadership - Track Undelivered Obligations (UD - Os) and funding status - Collaborate with program staff to forecast financial needs Global & Program Support - Support financial operations for international program activities - Assist with budget planning for global field offices - Provide financial insights during program planning and execution Finance and Accounting Specialist Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field - 3–5 years of financial management experience (federal preferred) Experience with: - Budget reconciliation - Financial reporting - Federal procurement systems - Strong Excel and analytical skills - Strong ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and urgent requests - Ability to work independently and resolve problems without constant supervision - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
