Paperwork Whiz: Streamline internal communications, maintain personnel files, expedite reporting, and keep record-keeping organized and up to date. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in hospitality or related industries, or equivalent education and experience. Demonstrated supervisory experience and strong leadership skills. Knowledge of employment laws and proficiency in Windows Operating Systems. Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work with complex data and financial information, meeting deadlines consistently.
