Immanuel Communities is seeking a Part Time Evenings Lead Server to work at Arboretum Village located at 8141 Farnam Drive, Omaha, NE 68114. Arboretum Village has 145 independent living apartment homes. We are looking for someone to work Monday - Friday 3 p - 7 p, and holidays. This position will pay up to $17.88/hour (straight pay, no tips). Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education. Job Duties & Skills Required What You Will Do. The primary responsibilities of this job include assisting the management team with new employees training and helping implement our company policies and cleanliness of our dining rooms. Also working independently as a lead within the dining room services during daytime and nighttime shifts. Prepares tables for meals, refilling containers, clearing dishes, handling food safely, attending to residents' needs, taking phone orders, and ensuring other servers are completing tasks. Facilitates a pleasant dining experience for the residents and guests who dine at the community. Skills & Requirements. One (1) year dining room serving experience is required.
