The Spa Esthetician plays an essential role in delivering high-quality spa services and personalized guest care that creates relaxing, memorable and professional spa experiences. What You’ll Do. Perform professional facial treatments and esthetic services to spa standards. Consult with guests to understand preferences and enhance their experience. Promote spa services and recommend retail products thoughtfully. Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and spa areas. Requirements Current Esthetician or Cosmetologist license as required by the State. Minimum of one year of esthetician experience required. Strong guest service and communication skills. Ability to learn and utilize reservation and POS systems. Strong attention to detail and commitment to spa cleanliness standards. High school diploma or equivalent required. CPR certification a plus. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed Salary Description Commission
