We are looking for a Property Manager to step into a leadership role overseeing operations for a premier Upper Beaver Creek Village portfolio—Highlands Slopeside, McCoy Peak, and Wiltshire Court. You’ll oversee a $150 million collection of privately owned luxury condominiums, managing property operations, rental and homecare programs, work performed, and association agreements. You’ll lead a dedicated team, collaborate with vendors and internal partners, and stay connected to the details that keep everything running smoothly. What You’ll Do:Serve as the East West Hospitality representative, acting in a management capacity with homeowners, HOA boards, rental guests, contractors, vendors, and on-site team members. Lead and support a small on-site team of 2–3 employees, providing direction and day-to-day oversight. Prepare for and participate in all Association Board meetings as the designated management representative. Oversee the maintenance, repair, and overall condition of the property, directing the work of contractors and team members to ensure timely, high-quality execution. Location: Highlands Slopeside, McCoy Peak and Wiltshire Court in Beaver Creek, CO - Start Date: ASAP - Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round. Pay Rate: $70,000 to $80,000 DOE - Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5 pm with some on-call shifts as needed. Posting Closes: 5/30/2026 or when filled Minimum Requirements The ideal candidate for this year-round position is legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis, without a defined end date, and is 18 years of age or older. This individual communicates effectively, demonstrates strong organization and attention to detail, and brings solid problem-solving and financial acumen. A service-oriented mindset is essential. Preferred qualifications include a relevant bachelor’s degree (such as Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or Property Management), experience in property management or hotel operations, and a real estate or property management credential such as CMCA.
