Responsibilities - To be the most outgoing and welcoming associate as guests arrive and depart the hotel - Maintain an impeccable grooming appearance and work uniform - Assists guests with luggage - Stay posted at the front entrance to greet guests - Must be able to stand for long periods of time - Going above and beyond providing a minimum Four-diamond level service to each and every guest. Other Duties/ Responsibilities - Supporting all of the guest services team and assisting guests with any questions they may have - Respond to all guests for assistance, directions, and facilities information - Report all safety hazards and suspicious person - Know all safety and emergency procedures and your role in assisting during these times - Adhere to strict department and attendance policies - Attend all required meetings. Job Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/orability required. Knowledge/ Experience:previous customer service experience in a high-volume setting is preferred but not necessary. Previous valet experience and a valid driver's license is required. Clean driving record ispreferred.
