The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Phlebotomist, under the direction of a Licensed Practitioner, Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides basic nursing care and assists with activities of daily living and performs skilled and accurate blood collection procedures to a designated group of healthcare consumers.
