Available Shift:2nd shift: 3:00 pm -11:30 pm Monday - Friday (Starting pay for this role is $24.95 $1.00 shift premium)Essential Responsibilities:-Performs periodic documented testing of materials, both manufactured and purchased – including material trials and retesting, to quality specifications-Records quality test results, communicates results, issues quality alerts and deviations as needed, in a timely manner-Monitor and analyze test data, identify trends in data and communicate to supervisor and manufacturing engineers as needed; Statistical Process Control (SPC)-Performs periodic reviews of testing standard work and recommends any needed changes-Perform SAP transactions needed to place material in/out of quality hold and quarantine/label nonconforming material-Support Product Teams-Maintain Quality and Processes-Conduct material testing, including performance testing-Communicate test results clearly and concisely in a timely manner-Reviews incoming material certificates of analysis (COA’s) on an audit basis for compliance to specifications and records audit results -Monitors quality standards of manufactured materials-Complete needed equipment calibrations and preventive maintenance; communicate any calibration concerns-Program testing equipment for new part additions. This includes the Instron testing equipment as well as Keyence, Hexagon, MTS equipment, Alpha testing equipment as needed. Basic Qualifications: - 2 years manufacturing experience - 1 year SAP experience. Top candidates will also have: - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Works well with others, especially during high stress situations and at all levels of the organization - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Familiar with CQMS/ ISO certification, especially calibration, document control, internal auditing - Self-starter, able to work independently - Experience with Infinity SPC system - Experience using and programming testing equipment; Instron, Alpha, Keyence Image Measurement, Hexagon CMM, 3 D scanning, MTS test equipment.
