Hours Per Week:40 Schedule Details/ Additional Information:This is a Monday thru Friday day shift position operating out of a Mobile Medicine Unit in primarily on the west side of Charlotte. Our Mobile Unit West team is designed to bring quality patient care into our local communities within the Charlotte and nearby areas. Working together with our primary care clinics, acute care facilities, and community partners, we provide wrap around services for our patients and their families. Highlights of the Position Include:100% Outpatient Opportunity. No nights; occasional weekends 4 days of patient care with 1 administrative day. Walk-up clinic setting providing episodic care management. Ideal Candidate:NP/ PA with at least 2 plus years’ experience in a primary care setting. Dedicated to understanding the complex needs and challenges facing patients. Desire to deliver quality care to the underserved population. Bilingual (Spanish) Can we just put this as preferred?
