As the Production Supervisor, you will lead and support a skilled hourly workforce while driving daily safety culture, quality, delivery, and cost performance on the shop floor. Your day includes engaging directly with operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring production goals are met. This is a high-visibility role where strong leadership and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential! How You’ll Make an Impact Champion a strong safety culture through active engagement with shop floor operations. Ensure consistent quality throughout all production processes. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and lead teams through change. Mentor, coach, and hold direct reports accountable to performance expectations. Foster a respectful, collaborative work environment across the team. Maintain urgency and focus to meet customer delivery commitments. What You Bring Must have a High School diploma/ GED that can be verified; Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering is preferred. 5 years of experience leading a team of hourly employees in a manufacturing environment is preferred. Demonstrated ability to lead in a diverse environment and resolve conflict constructively. Commitment to maintain a safe and compliant workplace in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional operations and engineering teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; ability to learn new systems quickly.
