Check us out on LinkedIn: Medtronic CST - We are currently looking for a Customer Specialist to join our Aible Clinic Team within Cranial and Spinal Technologies (CST). Within the CST Operating Unit, together with our customers, we are moving spine and cranial surgery from an art to a science. By integrating advanced technologies and a patient-centric approach, we can drive improvements in outcomes, efficiency, and overall well-being for millions of people around the world. As a Customer Specialist, you will collaborate with hospital staff, sales representatives, engineers, and aible solutions consultants to ensure patient specific implants are manufactured and delivered in time for surgery. This is an exciting opportunity to serve as a resource between engineering and the medical community. You will be a key partner and will be exposed to sensitive information requiring considerable use of tact, diplomacy, discretion, and judgement. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Manage and update surgical schedules. Collaborate with hospital staff, sales representatives, and consultants to obtain the information required to design a patient specific implant. Collect patient radiographic images from different sources Ensure the case information is relayed to the corresponding engineer(s) in a timely and effective manner. Clinic/hospital account management. Must Have: Minimum Requirements. Bachelor's Degree. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience. Nice to Have. Experience as a surgical scheduler. Experience with hospital EMR/ PACS - For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C. F. R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required. Physical Job Requirements.
