Pridestaff is currently seeking a 1st Shift Unloader/ Loader for distribution located in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. This is full-time position with potential for hire. Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18 Shift: Monday – Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm Job Description: The Unloader/ Loader is responsible for completing orders and for loading and unloading containers. The Warehouse Associate is expected to understand all aspects of these jobs and adhere to safety, quality, and distribution standards. Works efficiently, has a strong work ethic and is detail oriented. Maintains good attendance, flexibility in job assignments, adaptability to changing business needs by continually learning and applying new skills. Job Duties:Ensure daily global fulfilment levels are maintained in fast growing company. Pick and pack assembly. Load and unload deliveries. Sortation of orders, checking against paperwork. Getting orders ready for shipping. General warehouse duties. Housekeeping of fulfilment area. Scanning and recording of freight. Completion of tasks as set by management. Regular stock takes. Comply with work Instructions, safety and quality systems and procedures in their area. Requirements:Must have recent, relevant experience performing general warehouse duties and order fulfillment functions. Good knowledge of computerized inventory/ RF scanning systems, warehouse functions Excellent attention to detail. Self-motivated with good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. Ability to communicate, read, and write in English. Knowledge/ Familiarity of delivery documentation/paperwork Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
