Project & Workflow Management. Support projects related to team workflow processes, ensuring clear reporting structures and accountability. Design and implement efficient daily work environments, eliminating manual data formatting and streamlining task assignments across EQRS workstream lanes. Provide guidance and share subject matter expertise with Data Reporting Specialists to support team development and best practices. Data Analysis & Reporting. Perform advanced data analysis and reporting to support new program design, implementation, and evaluation for impact on quality and efficiency. Examine and translate complex data into meaningful, easily understood business insights to help team leadership effectively communicate with upper management. Convey research and analytics findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis and making recommendations to drive decision-making. Innovation & Process Improvement. Support the development, piloting, and deployment of process improvements and innovative applications (such as the Team Nebula EQRS Workspace application) by driving work lanes independently. Analyze program data continuously to identify process improvement opportunities. Utilize advanced MS Excel skills and resourcefulness to provide immediate, short-term troubleshooting while simultaneously working on sustainable, long-term solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate across the Village to support additional strategic initiatives, such as Five-Star Performance reporting, and PRD Data Pack preparation. Conduct outreach for feedback from specialists on applications and workflow processes to ensure continuous refinement. Assist in the creation and management of datasets, maintaining record-keeping practices that ensure the integrity and accountability of the team's work. Qualifications. Proven ability to analyze, translate, and present data in an easily understandable format. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and data management tools. Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of innovation and experimentation. Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work independently and act as a resource for peers. Deep understanding of Publicly Reported Data programs (EQRS, Five-Star, QIP, etc.) and Clinical Enterprise objectives.
