Employment Type: Contract / Government Support Role Work Setup: Onsite (public service office environment) What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Office Facilitator? You will: Greet and assist walk-in customers in a busy MVD office lobby. Guide customers through driver license, ID, and vehicle service processes. Support driver testing workflows including written exam coordination and results tracking. Capture and verify driver license photos and customer identification documents. Assist customers with self-service kiosks and service navigation. Perform data entry, documentation filing, and record updates in state systems. Help manage lobby flow to ensure efficient and orderly service delivery. Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance in all customer interactions. ? This job might be an outstanding fit if you have: A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong customer service or public-facing experience. Basic computer and data entry skills. Ability to handle high-volume customer traffic in a structured environment. Strong communication skills and patience in resolving customer concerns.
