You’ll be: Managing daily aircraft maintenance planning, scheduling, and support activities for IFEC system-equipped aircraft globally Coordinating with Maintenance teams to resolve aircraft IFEC maintenance issues Communicating with customer representatives during system installation, modification, or reactivation at maintenance facilities to ensure quality workmanship Implementing processes for controlling aircraft maintenance records and customer communications Providing accurate updates on aircraft maintenance status, service delays, and resolving maintenance discrepancies Reviewing technical data instructions, interpreting warranty issues, and supporting troubleshooting of IFEC systems Documenting maintenance activities and submitting reports to Team Leaders Acting as a liaison for all technical requirements of the IFEC systems and upholding company policies and procedures This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required) Hold a valid FAA Airframe Certificate or equivalent, or are in the process of obtaining it with proof within 18 months (required) Bring 5 years of aviation maintenance industry experience, or at least 2 years of IFEC experience (required) Possess strong skills in interpreting structural and electrical drawings; experience with Boeing 737/757, Embraer E series, and Airbus A 320 family is preferred Are proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Understand Federal Aviation Regulations Part 21, 121, and 145 Demonstrate excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Can work independently, prioritize workload, and thrive in a team environment Are legally authorized to work in the US, able to pass a 7-year background check and drug test
