You’ll be: Operating production equipment to assemble and process materials into finished products according to specifications. Assisting with equipment set up, changeovers, and cleaning as needed. Conducting quality control inspections of products and removing defective items. Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to production and equipment. Troubleshooting minor production issues and alerting supervisors of maintenance needs. Preparing and verifying tickets, labels, and paperwork for production batches. Performing specialized functions such as rackwinding and annealing according to requirements. Supporting area leads, ordering raw materials, and helping with inventory controls. Promoting innovation and continuous learning throughout the team. Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment according to the 6 S program. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have previous experience operating manufacturing machinery or production equipment (preferred but not required). Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to learn and cross-train in multiple job functions. Are dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow all safety and quality guidelines. Possess basic troubleshooting skills and can report production issues proactively. Are comfortable with shift work and can support team needs as required. Have strong communication skills to report and resolve production challenges.
