You’ll be: Providing prompt, accurate, thorough, and courteous responses to all customer inquiries—via phone, written communication, web, or in-person. Handling both routine and non-routine inquiries, including those requiring extensive research or deviation from standard procedures. Accurately documenting all customer interactions and inquiries. Initiating or processing adjustments and coordinating with other departments to resolve customer issues. Responding to and assisting with priority inquiries and management-designated special projects. Maintaining accurate records and reporting on complaints, customer comments, and recommendations for process improvements. Following departmental productivity, quality, and timeliness standards. Assisting with the training and cross-training of new and existing employees. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have at least 1 year of prior experience in customer service, call center, claims management, or a related field (must have). Possess strong communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills. Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Have strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office Products and using dual monitors. Are detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records. Have open availability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of 8 am and 8 pm. Are open to cross-training and supporting process improvements. Are able to work onsite at the client location in Columbia, SC.
