The Delivery Services Strategy Lead owns the strategy and execution for international product flows into third-party warehouses and customers. This role uses data and analytics to drive continuous improvement, leading cross-functional initiatives that improve service, reduce cost, and increase operational efficiency. The position also ensures strong controls, regulatory compliance, and timely closure of operational gaps to protect supply continuity and business performance. This is a hybrid based opportunity (2 days onsite at Nespresso USA’s NYC Manhattan Herald Square office) and the rest remotely from home. RESPONSIBILITIES: Delivery Services and Execution: Create, lead, and implement strategies tied to existing and new delivery services Ensure a high service level for deliveries to final customers including, retail, B 2 C, B 2 B members With cross functional alignment, co-lead the execution of a marketing plan for delivery and recycling services Support the Logistics/ Transport specialist with pitching, documenting, and implementing new services from a IS/ IT standpoint Create and lead strategy around customer adoption of new services Orchestrate the preparation of services activation with Nespresso and 3 PL operations For the development of IS/ IT infrastructures(OMS,TMS) identify, document and pitch requirements to support the strategy of services Project Management: Develop and lead in collaboration with marketing, e-commerce, and the customer service department new delivery services Lead execution of customer improvement, efficiency, and cost savings projects Communicate internally to Supply Chain and externally to 3 PL's about planned and unplanned situation impacting operations Sustainability: Develop and execute long and short term recycling strategies Create and implement Delivery Services Strategies tied to increased customer recycling rate Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement programs with our suppliers through regular meetings to review system performances Plan and develop customer surveys regarding delivery experience Reporting & Analytics: Creation and support of PBI dashboards tied Delivery Service Data & Costs Leverage AI for data automation Prepare report and analysis for performance/business reviews with third parties (Monthly/ Quarterly). Maintain and communicate all financial data tied to Delivery Services REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related discipline preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain or Logistics 1 year of experience working with third-party warehousing providers Demonstrated project management experience with cross-functional influence Hands-on experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), OMS (Order Management System) , and TMS (Transportation Management System) systems SKILLS: Results-driven professional with strong work ethic, integrity, and accountability Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills; able to assess issues, recommend solutions, and drive execution Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Highly organized and detail-oriented; excels at reporting, follow-up, and task completion Able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment The approximate pay range for this position is $115,000- $125,000 base. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.
