Wed 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Thur 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM - Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Monitor front desk activity, assist with visitor access procedures, and communicate with staff and guests regarding site protocols. Minimum Requirements:Have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Be at least 21 years of age. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
