Sat 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM - Sun 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service at a government location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor assistance, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and public areas, verify credentials when required, and communicate with staff, visitors, and/or public personnel regarding site rules and access procedures. Support daily operations by preparing reports, maintaining post records, and relaying important information to supervisors and/or local authorities as needed. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
