As an insurance defense attorney with our firm, you will handle: Comprehensive case management from initiation through resolution Written discovery, including drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission Taking and defending depositions Motion practice and legal research Mediation and settlement negotiations Hearing and trial attendance Evaluate case strengths, weaknesses, settlement potential, and verdict exposure Provide up-to-the-minute reporting, analysis, and recommendations in accordance with strict client guidelines Mentoring younger attorneys Our insurance defense attorneys work directly with national insurance carriers and self-insured entities, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to meet demanding reporting standards.
