Lead the creation of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences for customer-facing ecommerce journeys and internal operational tools. Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs. Lead and contribute to ecommerce funnel improvements (landing, PDP, cart, checkout, post-purchase) by helping identify friction points and implementing iterative design enhancements. Lead and participate in discovery activities, including stakeholder meetings, competitive research, and basic user research to inform design decisions. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into thoughtful design solutions. Iterate on designs based on feedback from fellow designers, stakeholders, usability testing, and performance data. Support A/ B testing and experimentation efforts by preparing design variations and documenting hypotheses. Contribute and apply established design systems, component libraries, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across experiences. Prepare clear design documentation and specifications for engineering handoff. Present work to internal teams with guidance, articulating design decisions and incorporating feedback constructively. Manage assigned tasks effectively while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills and Qualifications. Degree or certification in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field, or equivalent practical experience . years of digital design experience (web, ecommerce, Saas, or similar environments)Foundational understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive design. Experience creating wireframes and prototypes using modern design tools (Figma preferred). Familiarity with the end-to-end product design process, with hands-on experience contributing to shipped features. Comfort working collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Understanding of conversion rate optimization and data-informed design practices. Working knowledge of accessibility and usability best practices. Exposure to design systems, style guides, or pattern libraries. Nice to Have:Experience supporting ecommerce projects or internal tools. Familiarity with analytics tools and user behavior insights. Basic understanding of front-end development concepts (HTML/ CSS). Experience with AI prototyping and usability testing methods.#LI-CS 1#CORP - Qualified applications with arrest or conviction records will be considered for employment in accordance with the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act. The pay ranges outlined below are presented in accordance with state-specific regulations. These ranges may differ in other areas and could be subject to variation based on regulatory minimum wage requirements. Actual pay rates will depend on factors such as position, location, level of experience, and applicable state or local minimum wage laws. If the regulatory minimum wage exceeds the minimum indicated in the pay range below, the regulatory minimum wage will be the minimum rate applied. Salary Range: $103,800.00 - $155,700.00 Hourly or Salary Range will be reflected above.
