Operate all equipment to cook cheese. The position will be based in Denver, CO. The salary is $26.67. Main responsibilities Cheese Cook-Cheese Making - Ability to maintain constant communication with fluid processing, assist with start-up and shut down processes. - Ability to receive batches. - Partnering with lab on samples and required testing - Able to solve problems with product flow. - Complete sanitation tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing all cheese making and cheese care equipment - Keep the workstation clean and organized - Follow SOP for Cheese Making. Following established protocols for cheese quality and food safety - p. H adjustment, use of p. H meter, moisture analyzer, and other technical equipment - Record maintaining cheese inventory database - Able to work and thrive in a production environment - Maintain equipment, record production details, and manage ingredients - Follow company safety guidelines and support team efforts, product quality, and process improvements - Train new team members in cheese production - Any other job duties requested by foremen/supervision. Requirements - Previous dairy experience is preferred but not required. - Must possess good written and verbal communication skills. - Perform basic math with the ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide. - Stand/ walk almost the entire workday.
