Diagnose and repair complex technical issues. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment. Provide technical support and guidance to customers. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. YOU MUST HAVE - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical service or field service role in an industrial or manufacturing setting. Must be willing to work weekends Friday – Sunday 5:30 pm-7:30 am. WE VALUE - Associate's degree in engineering or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred. Strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks. Experience with Honeywell products and systems. Experience with conveyor systems, PLC's, troubleshooting. Customer-focused mindset. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to train and mentor junior technicians.
