THE JOB: Join the team at Bellagio as a Sales Coordinator, where youll be at the center of creating seamless experiences for our clients and sales team! In this role, youll provide high-level support to Sales Executives while serving as a key liaison between the property and clients, helping bring ideas to life with organization, communication, and attention to detail. You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guests experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us! THE STARTING PAY RATE: $19.00 / Per Hour. THE DAY-TO-DAY:Process reservations, confirmations, cancellations, special requests, and amenities with accuracy and attention to detail. Manage travel advisor requests, act as the main point of contact, and coordinate with property teams to ensure all requests are executed; maintain and distribute inbox communications as needed. Provide exceptional guest service by understanding needs, anticipating expectations, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Coordinate site visits and FAM tours, including agendas, room keys, dining arrangements, and overall logistics. Manage schedules, appointments, conference calls, and travel arrangements for Hotel Sales executives. Prepare expense reports and maintain confidential files and sensitive information. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma, GED - One (1) year of prior relevant experience is Guest Services. Administrative experience within hospitality, hotel and/or sales department preferred. Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
