Works in tandem with the Northwest ATTC Project Coordinator to carry out the provisions of the annual workplan, encompassing personal design and delivery of educational programs and curricula in areas of demonstrated subject matter expertise as well as coordination of programs and curricula delivered by project collaborators who contribute on a contract-basis (50%). Works in tandem with the Northwest ATTC Project Coordinator to translate identified training and technical assistance priorities into creation of an annual workplan for the region consisting of 60-70 educational events and 25-30 products, including a subset of programs and curricula in areas of demonstrated subject matter expertise (10%). Works in tandem with the Northwest ATTC Project Coordinator to establish training and technical assistance priorities for the region via continual needs assessment with community stakeholders, including Single-State Authority representatives and members of a community advisory board (5%). Manages relationships with regional stakeholders, including Single-State Authority representatives, technical assistance providers, and others comprising a community advisory board (5%). Maintains an inter-state, multidisciplinary network of project collaborators who contribute on a contract-basis to the development of educational events and products (5%). Represents the Northwest ATTC at regional workgroups and consortia, as well as at regional and state conferences, to promote educational programs and curricula (5%). Manages assessment of community requests for training and technical assistance, including those received via Northwest ATTC website, and coordinates the provision of responsive educational programs and curricula to the community requesters (5%). Serves as a consultative resource to Northwest ATTC staff and project collaborators to promote continual quality improvement efforts in the collective group’s provision of training and technical assistance (5%). Reviews and approves the content of all Northwest ATTC educational programs and products (5%). Serves as a member of SAMHSA-based national and regional working groups that develop educational programs, tools and products to support the national ATTC network (5%). Minimum Requirements. A Master's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Psychology, Counseling, AND a minimum of 3 years of experience related to substance use disorder treatment, including 2 years of clinical training and/or experience in direct delivery of health services for populations that include persons with substance use disorders. Equivalent education and/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications. Additional Requirement. Professional experience should also include management of complex projects, as well as direct delivery of educational and consultative services for the workforce that treats the noted populations. Desired Qualifications. Demonstrated application of subject matter expertise in one or more treatment and recovery practices for persons with substance use disorder. Knowledge of federal agency programs, institutional policies and procedures, and familiarity with states and partner institutions. Experience in working with individuals from diverse populations and varied backgrounds. Skills implementing complex projects, consultation and meeting facilitation; oral and written communication, report preparation, and general application of institutional policies and procedures. Pay Rate Information. The salary information provided below is for a full-time position and will be prorated for part-time. New hires salaries are typically between the range minimum and the salary range midpoint. Actual placement in the range will depend on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
