The Quality Technician Calibration will coordinate, execute and document all required calibrations for Site 711 and 712 in accordance with established procedures, specifications, and calibration intervals and AS 9100 requirements. - Responsible for coordinating and maintaining all aspects of the calibration system for Omni. Seals and Life Sciences SB - Us - Inspect, repair and calibrate instruments and equipment - Schedule shipments to subcontractors and schedule onsite subcontracted calibrations. - Collect tools for onsite subcontracted calibration. - Collect and prep tools being shipped to subcontractors for calibration. - Review calibration certificates for accuracy, write up any non-conforming items. - Obtain quotes, create material requests, manage purchase orders and invoices. - Create excel spreadsheets to notify departments of upcoming calibrations and items due; return gauges to their proper location once calibrated. High School degree (required) Associates degree (preferred) 2 years manufacturing experience in quality role.
