Saint Lukes Plaza OBGYN Clinic is expanding and is excited to welcome a new advanced practice provider to our growing team. We are seeking applicants with previous OB/ GYN experience and Womens Health or Nurse Midwife certification to join our well-established, busy practice located at Saint Lukes Hospital Plaza in Kansas City, Missouri. The role is full time, 1.0 FTE, Monday-Thursday 8 am-4:30 pm and Friday 8 am-12 pm. No weekends, no holidays , and no call schedule. About the Practice - Join a collaborative team of 6 OB/ GYN physicians - Busy, patient-centered practice - Full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic care - Fully integrated Epic EMR - Key Responsibilities - Collect and analyze patient health data to develop appropriate care plans - Identify expected outcomes and implement individualized plans of care - Provide comprehensive clinical coordination and case management - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care plans - Utilize prescriptive authority in accordance with state and federal regulations - Monitor and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes - Provide education to patients, families, and clinical staff - Support and mentor team members - Participate in quality improvement initiatives and nursing research - Adhere to departmental policies. Required: - Masters Degree from an accredited Advanced Practice Provider program - Minimum of 1 year of relevant clinical experience - Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider.
