Use software such as Adobe Illustrator, Gerber Omega, and PDF tools to design and produce accurate, regulation-compliant visuals. Operate specialized equipment including programmable foil printers, sign cutting systems, engravers, wire stampers, and inkjet printers. Create placards in multiple languages to meet foreign registration requirements. Verify components using precision tools and complete final installation when required. Maintain traceability and documentation for all manufactured parts to comply with FAA and internal inspection standards. Monitor aircraft schedules to ensure materials and parts are prepared on time. Support process improvements and Lean initiatives focused on safety and efficiency.
