Hill International is seeking a SharePoint Administrator in San Diego, California Act as a liaison between administrative staff, project managers, and team members. Familiarity with common Stage Gates within utilities or construction management. Have excellent SharePoint online skills including trouble shooting file transfers. SharePoint permissions experience with access and distribution groups. Understand the lifecycle of documents of record. Basic understanding of Power APP and Automate workflows. Executes ETL processes in order to assess client datasets and visualize data in an easily consumable way for business stakeholders. Performs data analysis and compiles technical reports and findings. Understands the client's industry and business, interprets trends, and learns and implements leading practices and metrics. Leads reporting and analytics projects independently. Development of thorough test plans, ensuring proper functioning of reports and data automation tools. Provides program and project data visualization support services and may be a shared resource with other workgroups. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience .-5 years relevant experience. with data management and visualization. Experience with Document Control standards and processes. Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online. Familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph API. Understanding of Microsoft 365 security, permissions, and compliance features. Experience with Azure Functions. Experience in the utilities sector preferred. Hybrid work schedule; must be local to San Diego, CA. The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $105,000. The offered salary will be based on the applicants qualifications, education, experience and work location.
