Partner with business executives to support pro forma development and strategic financial planning - Strengthen cost accounting support and enhance interpretation of financial data for end users - Drive financial strategy through data analysis and actionable insights - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning - Monitor financial performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement - Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and informed decision-making - Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls - Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools - Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities Qualifications. Education - Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field required. Minimum Qualifications - Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related field - Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling - Strong collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams - Experience supporting or leading financial systems implementation and optimization - Knowledge of healthcare finance, including reimbursement models and regulatory considerations preferred
