Mon 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Thur 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Fri 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sat 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM - Sun 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a front desk location within a financial institution. Monitor access at the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or appointments, issuing visitor credentials when required, and documenting entry and exit activity according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts, law enforcement, and/or emergency personnel as appropriateSupport lobby and reception operations by observing cameras, alarms, and/or communication systems, reporting maintenance or operational issues, and helping to deter unauthorized access. Complete required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation accurately and in a timely manner while providing professional assistance to employees, visitors, and vendors. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 21 years of age. Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience. Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED as required by the client. A state, county, and/or city issued security license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
