Internal Triage & Support: Utilize ServiceNow (internal "Ramp. Up" tool) to resolve inquiries from vendors and internal business partners regarding payment status and PO corrections.\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t. Financial Maintenance: Research and assist with the recovery of credit balances and resolve differences in aged invoices or purchase orders.\n\n\t\n\t\n\t\n\t. Global Collaboration: Partner closely with internal tech, treasury, and global PTP teams to provide high-quality service and identify process improvements.\n\t\n\n\n. Qualifications & Skills\n\n\n\t\n\t. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred (comparable professional experience will be considered).\n\t\n\t.
