They are responsible for ensuring that AWS Industry & Startup Marketing has the digital marketing and program support needed to drive priority activities that deliver demand and pipeline. They must deeply understand our business priorities across industries, segments, and geographies and help us prioritize our resourcing to ensure we support the highest-value activation's and marketing activities. They must also have excellent program and project management skills, work in close partnership and collaboration with parallel marketing teams and agencies to ensure we are able to execute effectively across channels for account-based marketing and executive programs. They will develop and own mechanisms that align cross-functional teams, clarify business priorities, and ensure appropriate resourcing for the right initiatives and teams. The ideal candidate demonstrates effective stakeholder mgmt., is comfortable in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and adapts well when navigating change. Key job responsibilities Deeply understand business priorities across industries, segments, and geographies Analyze and prioritize resourcing to support highest-value activations and marketing activities Develop and own mechanisms that align cross-functional teams and clarify business priorities Liaise with stakeholders to understand key priorities and make event-focused recommendations accordingly Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets. Basic Qualifications- 4 years of professional non-internship marketing experience- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience producing marketing promotional material for Owned & Operated channels- Experience in brand identity and voice development. Preferred Qualifications- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs- Experience with program management spanning planning, execution and project delivery.
