Position Description: - Monitor, track, and manage inventory for beverages and supplies, ensuring availability for events while minimizing waste. - Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records for reporting purposes. Ensure proper storage, rotation, and handling of products in compliance with health and safety guidelines. - Provide clear instructions and delegate tasks effectively. - Conduct pre-event meetings with staff to align the team to meet event/guest expectations. - Lead and support a team of servers, bartenders, runners, and attendants to deliver high-quality service. - Oversee event preparation, ensuring all areas are set up to premium standards, including food and beverage stations and dining spaces. - Act as main point of contact during events, coordinating between staff, kitchen, and management to resolve issues and maintain efficiency. - Supervise post-event duties, including cleanup, inventory reconciliation, and resetting for the next event. - Provide detailed event reports, including inventory usage, staff performance, and overall performance. - Always present a polished and professional appearance to maintain premium standards. - Handle escalated guest concerns with poise and professionalism, resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction. Escalate to management as needed. - Uphold commitment to exceptional service by ensuring every guest feels valued and accommodated.
