Mon 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM - Tue 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM - Wed 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM - Thur 02:00 PM - 08:00 PM - Fri 12:00 PM - 06:00 PM - Sat 10:00 AM - 05:00 PM What You'll Do:Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, verifying credentials and reporting suspicious behavior or policy violations. Support public-facing operations by giving directions, answering general questions, and communicating with staff, visitors, and/or first responders during routine and emergency situations. Minimum Requirements:Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
